I have to be honest. Before I saddled a Big Dog Pitbull I was expecting this machine to tear out my kidneys.....and not being used to a rigid because all I ever rode before were Harley Softails and a Wide Glide, I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. at first the take off was a little shaky....due to the rumble of that very powerful engine I had under my backside.....but as the speed increased, the rumble decreased and even on the bumps the bounce was not that bad. Anyone who is leery of this bike because it is a rigid need not worry....at all! Its a great ride! I would not let the word {rigid steer me away from this wonderful and very functional work of art.
