2013 witnessed Tom Sykes becoming the World Superbike Champion onboard his Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R. In what was a fantastic year, with 9 race wins and 8 pole positions along the way, Tom and the KRT racing team created something to truly celebrate and remember.

To echo that celebration, Kawasaki Motors UK and Tom Sykes are now creating a Ninja ZX-10R “World Champion Edition” limited to just 25 examples in total and priced at just £550 over the normal retail price making the non-ABS machine £12,749.

The bikes will be liveried using a 2013 KRT graphics kit, fitted with a Leo Vinci EVO 2 exhaust plus a Kawasaki tank pad. Additionally, each of the bikes will also be supplied with an extra air-box cover signed by Tom Sykes and an official, personally signed, letter of authentication.

As a final finishing touch, special plaques have been commissioned for the machines with a lazer-etched Championship emblem and a declaration that they are part of the Limited Edition run.

Having re-gained the WSBK Championship after a break of two decades, Sykes is naturally keen to celebrate the fact commenting;

“Last year was a dream come true and it's great to be a part of Kawasaki's racing heritage. Now we have created these limited edition bikes, twenty five people can get hold of a little piece of Ninja history for themselves.”

Craig Watson of Kawasaki added;
“This is Kawasaki's first World Superbike Championship win for twenty years. It's only fitting that, in his home country, there's a limited edition bike in honour of Tom's achievement”.
