BMW G310SS by A-TECH
Japanese Young Machine has joined forces with bodywork specialist A-TECH, to build a custom kit for the BMW G310R, which is inspired by the S1000RR.
The BMW G310SS (earlier seen as RR at an auto show in Japan) carbon-clad bodywork kit includes a full cowl, screen, tank cover and seat, and will be limited to the exclusive SS version from A-TECH only.
The 313cc, single-cylinder engine will remain identical, producing 34 hp at 9500 rpm and 28 Nm at 7500 rpm. It carries over the powertrain, suspension unit, chassis, brakes, radials and the exhaust from the standard G310R, and the G310SS will weigh around 165 kg. The iconic alloy wheels, massive fuel tank and impressive BMW frame will mean unmatched stability, exclusive styling and pure sportbike performance.
Until BMW creates its own small capacity sportbike, we’ll have to make do with Young Machine and A-TECH’s new bodywork kit.
