BMW S1000RR Orlando Bloom by Deus Ex Machina

Not everyone knows about Orlando Bloom - the movie star's - love for motorbikes. As a long-standing fan of BMW motorcycles, Owning a number of BMW, he decided to have his own custom bike built. Because he also owns a number of BMW classics, the chose the BMW S1000R and wanted it to be stripped of all the plastic and given a retro look.

To achieve that he worked with Michael 'Woolie' Woolaway, head of the Deus Ex Machina custom shop in Venice, CA, USA - alos a good friend of him - to work execute this project. The result is a stunning one-off roadster.

In a press release BMW stated: 'Everyone knows Orlando Bloom as a successful actor, but not everyone knows about his passion for motorbikes. As a long-standing fan of BMW motorcycles, Orlando Bloom owns and rides a number of BMW models, including old classics.

For his own custom bike project he specifically chose the BMW S1000R.

He asked his good friend, Michael "Woolie" Woolaway, head of the Deus Ex Machina custom shop in Venice, CA, USA, to work with him to bring his custom S1000R vision into reality.

The result is the stunning 4 cylinder, a S1000 R transformed by their shared passion to Orlando's exacting specifications'.
