Honda Monkey Café 125 by Kitaco Engineering
This Honda Monkey Café 125 Kitaco has been customized by Japanese firm Kitaco Engineering, who has a long experience in the development of aftermarket parts for low displacement models that are marketed in Japan. The base model Honda Monkey has been turned into a small-scale cafe racer, and one of the most striking changes is that of the front wheel which was changed from the original 12 inch to 10 inches to improves the handeling. The original instrument panel was kept, but mechanically it has been improved with a NEO kit that increases the capacity of the engine from 125cc to 181cc. Other changes to the base model are a titanium exhaust, new rear Nitron shocks, a larger throttle body, an oil cooling kit, improved suspensions, a new radial brake pump and semi-handles. A complete new body kit, with a metallic paint finish simulates the look of a Japanese Zero aircraft, with a further interesting personalization of painted faux rivets and cherry blossoms all over the bodywork.
