Royal Enfield INT 650 OEM Custom
Old Empire Motorcycles (OEM), who is based in Norfolk in the UK, specialises in premier builds of one of a kind handmade custom motorcycles.
OEM were approached in early 2018 by Royal Enfield to work on their very first production version of their new 648cc, twin-cylinder, Interceptor 650.
According to OEM, "Having worked on modern bigger twins we were surprised by how easy it was to work and customise this great looking donor. We wanted clean and simple lines so by removing all levers and switches from the bars along with incorporating the front brake into a dual brake on the foot pedal not to mention the twist grip clutch system. Lashing of oxblood leather and suede along with the deepest darkest ruby paint all highlighted in gold and stainless makes for a stunning and punchy motorcycle."
The INT’s wire wheels have been fitted with a set of Metzeler Racetec tires. OEM modified the forks to give it a tougher stance and fitted a set of their own shocks at the rear and a set of custom short, golden exhaust pipes were fitted.
