BMW R 18 by Marcus WalzWalzWerk Motorcycles is one of the world's leading companies in the Custom bike and Bike Building Industry and global market leader when it comes to BMW Custom- and Concept bikes. Customizing pioneer Marcus Walz has developed a conversion kit for the BMW R 18. He wants to build 12 units in 2021.
WalzWerk’s R18 features a Walzwerk adjustable bobber seat, front and rear fenders, two custom mufflers which save eight kilograms.
The fully adjustable shock absorber is developed by Touratech, and is 40 mm lower at the rear. The forks are 70 mm lower, in which a spoked wheel with a diameter of 21 in and a 120 mm wide tire turns under a shortened fender. The base model also features a sidemount number plate, black headlamp, pegs and fuel cap, special mirrors and German-style bar-end indicators from Motogadget, plus special engine and numbered plaques.
LED headlights and fork covers remain standard, only the bottom-mounted bracket of the headlight is exchanged for a milled piece with the Walzwerk logo.
