Jaybuilt is another stunning custom bike. The bike weighs 310 pounds and is built using the components such as Kawasaki 500cc 2 stroke triple engine, front and rear suspension from Kawasaki ZX9.

The concept behind the bike creation is to make a bike that has a minimal part count and easy maintenance. It has showed, the engine swaps are under 30 minutes. The entire bike can be disassembled with about 20 bolts in under an hour.

The fuel is carried in the foam filled bellytank, the area over the engine encloses the expansion chambers. He says heatwrap and directed airflow keeps everything cool.
