Suzuki DR800 street-tracker by Rateschi Garage
Brazil’s Renato Frateschi of Frateschi Garage, chose to work with his passion. Our business is to build motorcycles with design, balance, finish, style and good taste. Several parts were replaced, such as the carburetor which was replaced with a fuel-injection system and an ECU, and other modern electronics that now allows for multiple fuel-maps and Bluetooth connectivity that can communicate mileage, speed, RPM, and GPS to an app on a smartphone. The street-tracker has inverted USD 43mm WP forks, 230mm travel at the front and a Sachs mono-shock with 215mm travel at the rear.
Riding on a 19x250 and 17x350 aluminum wheels and Brembo braking system. A custom build one-into-two full stainless steel exhaust system and ends in two exits on the right side of the street-tracker. Renato modified a Honda CB400 tank, with a customized subframe to accommodate a single seat and finished it off with a besoke track tail section. Other features include: LED lighting throughout, digital instrumentation, tracker bars, gold-anodized shorty levers, a tracker-inspired front number-plate, numerous 3D-printed parts and The finishing off according to Renato Frateschi: "The paint job was made with candy technic using a polyester base. The decals were made without embossment, with the paint itself using mask techniques. The seat is leather and some of the bike’s details were anodized yellow." Source Rateschi Garage
