Suzuki GSX-R 1000 R Carbon by Raptik

Raptik is a Swiss photographer and track day rider, in collaboration with No Limit Tuning, a motorcycle tuning company, built this Suzuki GSX-R 1000 R manufactured almost entirely from carbon fiber. It features special parts made from carbon fiber such as fairings, frame protection, ram air channel and swingarm protection to name a few. In addition to the numerous carbon parts, some components of the bike are painted in blue, which rounds off the sporty look

The carbon Suzuki GSX-R 1000 R was also on display at the Swiss Moto in February 2020.

The basis is the 2017 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 R, which weighs 200 kg. The Carbon Suzuki by Raptik is said to weigh 175 kg - 25kg less than the original bike’s weight.

The final version of Raptik’s custom carbon superbike will also be fitted with a Ceracarbon sprocket, a carbon inlet funnel, and a 520 drive chain which will reduce the total bike’s weight even more.
