Straight from the factory the Expedition comes with everything a rider and a passenger may need to travel to the edge of the world and back. On top of the standard Gear Up’s already respectable loadout, the Expedition comes with more luggage space, tougher bike and sidecar protection, matching windshields, upgraded suspension, and more.

In summary the Gear Up Expedition boasts:
• Dual Screens The Expedition comes with two screens as standard – the taller is an adjustable rider screen and the other is shorter and cannot adjust for comfort in the sidecar. The screens are tinted with a smoke tint.
• To further improve carrying capacity, the Expedition has three extra luggage racks: on the sidecar nose, on the sidecar mudguard, and one on the spare wheel.
• Extra protection comes in the form of a reinforced crash bar, skid plate, sidecar rear bumper, taillight protector and armour for both the headlight and sidecar lights..
• The springs Suspension is improved all round witha upgraded Nitron shock absorbers. These shock absorbers replace the standard Sachs shocks. This applies to the bike and the sidecar.
The new Expedition comes in three unique colorways, representing the various types of terrain that travelers may choose to explore.
Colza Field is a bright yellow over OD Green paint scheme meant to invoke lush prairies full of green leaves and yellow flowers.
The dramatic orange over blue Polar Dawn recalls a fiery sunrise in the arctic circle and is a homage to Gear Up’s Siberian roots.
Ember Flame—a dashing terracotta over silver affair - suggests an urban landscape of steel, glass, asphalt, and glittering lights, and designed to remind riders that adventures can be had anywhere, even in their own back yard.
The last but not the least…the slanted line along the sidecar and the fuel tank that separates the colors leans at 23.5 degrees, the same as Earth's axial tilt. That’s our designer’s little Easter egg, a nod to Expedition's ability to tackle any terrain and Ural’s slightly off-kilter character.
