The Tuareg 660 incorporates all the exceptional features that have made the RS 660 and Tuono 660 so successful, and offers them - in an original way - to every rider who dreams of a new, more exciting and sporty form of adventouring.

Today, the concept of adventure has been lost and it's now up to us to reinvent it, to create that magical feeling.
Whether your outdoor playground involves desert dunes, alpine trails or the hazards of urban riding, you only need a helmet and a key to the Tuareg 660 to join the movement and start your journey.

The Aprilia Tuareg 660 gets the same 659 cc parallel twin engine as the RS 660 and Tuono 660, but on the Tuareg it develops around 79 hp and 70 Nm. It has a 6-speed gearbox, although it is not clear whether the gearbox comes with a quick shifter or a slip-assist clutch.

The Tuareg 660 benefits from an adjustable suspension at both ends, with a significant travel of 240 mm and that it weighs 187 kg dry, with a fuel tank capacity of 18 liters.

In terms of functionality and electronics, the bike has 4 riding modes, switchable ABS, traction control, APRC or Aprilia Performance Ride Control, which includes a range of driver assistance electronics. There is a color 5 in TFT screen. In terms of design, it has the style of an off-road motorcycle, with a one-piece boomerang-shaped seat, raised exhaust, metal spoked wheels shod with block tires and an exposed frame.

Pure off-road performance, sports technology
Four Riding Modes, two of which are customisable (one dedicated to off-road riding). ABS can be deactivated at both wheels or only the rear. APRC system complete with Traction Control, Cruise Control, Engine Map and Engine Brake. All accessible via the high-visibility 5" TFT screen.

APRILIA FRAME AND SUSPENSION

The feeling that makes the difference
The Tuareg 660 is faithful to Aprilia chassis tradition - synonymous with excellence - thanks to a new tubular steel frame coupled with aluminium brackets and connected to the engine at six points, a wheelbase of just over 1500 mm, and the careful distribution of weight and centralisation of masses.

LOW WEIGHT

Flagship equipment with minimum weight

With a dry weight of just 187 kg, the Tuareg 660 sets a benchmark for the sector in terms of lightness. Aprilia engineers have shaved off every possible gram, equipping the Tuareg with all the adventouring essentials, starting with the generous 18-litre fuel tank. Less weight = more fun, always!

REDESIGNED ENGINE

New behaviour, same 660 character

The parallel-twin engine now delivers maximum power of 80 HP, peak torque of 70 Nm and a significantly boosted low/mid-range curve. The sump reduces the vertical footprint, for a ground clearance of more than 240 mm and a seat height of less than 860 mm.
