This is a special edition that celebrates Norton’s racing history. It is inspired by the Steve Hislop’s rotary – also known as the “White Charger” RCW588. This motorcycle won the 1992 Senior TT Isle Of Man race. Graphics are modelled on that of the race bike such as on the tail end appears the racing number and the three-legged Manx symbols.

As a new service to customers Norton will allow their customers to specify their colour and design in the customisation programme – referred to as the “One-of-One” programme. To illustrate what is possible, the first bike to go through the One of One customisation program is the stunning ‘White Charger’ RCW588 replica.

Norton is offering this customisation program on three of its models. They are the Norton Commando 961, V4SV and V4CR. On the Commando 961, one can customise the fuel tank and the tail section. On the other two models, one can design the colours and livery on the fairing and the rest of the panels as per their preference. Thus, the customisation program give people the opportunity to make a bike truly their own and also an extension of themselves and their ideas.
