The British division of Suzuki announced today a new model will be joining its V-Strom 650 adventure range this month, with the launch of the V-Strom 650 XPEDITION bike. The bike is based on the V-Strom 650 ABS model, but comes with a list of additions meant to make it tougher and more practical.

For example, the V-Strom 650 XPEDITION features hard-wearing black aluminium panniers with a total carrying capacity of 82 Litres , engine and hand guards, centre-stand and an aluminium sump guard.

“The V-Strom 650 is still a hugely popular model for us, so we are delighted to be able to offer a new flagship model with tough and practical additions. On top of this, with a recommended retail price of just GBP 7,300, the XP represents exceptional value," Suzuki GB sales and marketing director, David Taylor, said in a release.

Available for GBP 7,300 in Candy Max Orange and Metallic Oort Grey colour schemes,
