For 2021, Yamaha has updated the MT-25 and MT-03 with new colours.

The 2021 Yamaha MT-25 and MT-03 are now available in three paint schemes: pastel dark grey, deep purplish blue metallic, and matte dark grey metallic. Apart from the new colours, Yamaha hasn’t changed anything else on the two bikes.

Both bikes are powered by a liquid-cooled inline twin-cylinder motor, mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The MT-25’s 249cc motor makes 35PS and 23Nm, whereas the MT-03’s 320cc engine produces 42PS and 29Nm.

Built on a tubular diamond frame, the suspension setup on the MT-25 consists of 37 mm upside-down forks at the front sourced from KYB, coupled with a preload-adjustable monoshock at the rear. The braking duties are taken care of by disc brakes on both ends, along with a dual-channel ABS which is standard.
