In Indonesia, Yamaha has now introduced the 2021 Yamaha XSR155 in a new exciting Matte Green Authentic colour option. The new paint scheme offers a matte green finish tank with silver decals and brown differently patterned seat. The silver finish can be seen on the side panels as well. Apart from the new Matte Green shade, the new XSR155 is available in the existing colour options – Premium Matte Silver and Matte Black Elegance.

This neo-retro motorcycle uses the same foundations as the MT-15 in Yamaha’s Sport Heritage range.

It’s equipped with the 155cc VVA unit shared from the YZF-R15.

As with its bigger brothers the XSR 700 and XSR 900, Yamaha used a traditionally styled body for the XSR 155  where they combined modern and classic elements.

The XSR 155 comes with a single-piece seat. The pillion rider can grab on to the belt positioned at the centre of the seat. The tail lamp and the rear profile features match the XSR 700.

The tear-drop fuel tank, round LED headlamp and a tan-coloured, flat ribbed seat are typical items found on neo retro motorcycles. All of these elements are supplemented by a roundel info cluster and a circular LED tail-light.

Yamaha has left the 155cc VVA-equipped motor untouched on the XSR 155, thus the performance figures are 19 hp and 14.7 Nm of torque.
