BMW M 1000RR TT Gas Monkey Garage Racer

The FHO Racing team have announced that Gas Monkey Garage will be sponsoring the team’s entries in the 2022 Isle of Man TT Races.

Peter Hickman is a five-time TT winner and is currently the lap record holder of the 37.75 mile road course at an average speed of 135.452mph.

US entrepreneur Richard Rawlings, founder of Gas Monkey Garage, and the star of reality TV show Fast N’ Loud, is sponsoring a road racing event for the first time.

“The entire Gas Monkey family and I are ecstatic to be involved in this year’s Isle of Man TT,” Rawlings said.

“Getting the chance to be a part of the largest single viewed sporting event and the world’s longest standing time trials is a dream come true.

“We are honoured to be alongside the legendary FHO Racing, Team BMW, and the Fastest Man on Two Wheels, Peter Hickman, for a race that is surely to go down in the history books.”

The sponsorship will see the normally grey and blue BMW transformed with a green, white and black livery, with the Gas Monkey Garage logo very prominent.

Team Manager Faye Ho recognised the sponsorship as an important coup for the team:
